Dr. Tarece Morgan is a multilingual and multicultural educational leader, board governance expert, executive strategist, author, speaker, artist, and community advocate with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning public education, nonprofit leadership, organizational transformation, diversity and inclusion, strategic planning, communications, and governance.
She currently serves as an elected member and Chair of the Gwinnett County Board of Education, representing one of the largest and most diverse school districts in the United States.
Throughout her career, Dr. Morgan has led initiatives focused on educational excellence, equity, student success, community engagement, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and strategic innovation.
Her professional experience includes executive leadership roles within educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, private corporations, and national initiatives.
Dr. Morgan holds:
